This
annual Area event is for both the Scout and Explorer sections,
and has a number of “Incident Bases” where little challenges
will be set. There will be a “nosh base” for a hot-dog and drink
about half way round, and it’s about 6 miles.
There is
limited space for some to bed down in the Old School afterwards,
but there is also a field next door which can be used for
camping overnight.
We need
to know how many teams are coming, so please confirm with Peter
or Bill that you are coming with rough numbers by Monday 29th
February latest, and firm up expected team numbers to Bill
by Monday 7th March latest for him to issue start times.
You will be asked to confirm actual names and numbers on the
night.
